With formal training in psychology and hypnosis, I bring a research-backed approach to client care, combining clinical hypnotherapy and neuroscience-backed coaching.
Through my own personal experiences and challenges, I discovered firsthand how powerful the subconscious mind is, and how much changes when you learn to work with it instead of against it. That curiosity led me to nine years of psychology study, clinical hypnotherapy training, and eventually to building Align Mind.
Now I help people understand and shift the patterns driving anxiety, emotional eating, and self-doubt, so that lasting change becomes possible. I built Align Mind because I couldn't find the approach I needed when I needed it most.Â
